Swivel Capacity Solutions is a growing brokerage backed by an established asset-based transportation company. With a strong operational foundation already in place, we’re looking to bring on a sales professional who can help expand our customer base beyond existing relationships and play a key role in building the business.
What You’ll Do:

Identify, prospect, and develop new shipper relationships across target markets

Build and manage your own book of business from the ground up

Lead the full sales cycle, from initial outreach through onboarding and account growth

Collaborate with operations to ensure service execution aligns with customer expectations

Stay close to market trends and provide feedback to help shape our go-to-market approach

Represent Swivel in a professional manner to win and retain business
What We’re Looking For:

3+ years of logistics brokerage sales experience with an emphasis on FTL, dry van freight

Proven ability to generate new business and grow accounts

Comfortable in a startup or build-out environment where structure is still evolving

Strong communication skills and a proactive, self-directed approach

Ability to work both independently and cross-functionally with operations
